I did that and the chatter was gone, you just have to kind of burn the shit off the plates/disks every now and again I guess. DO this and I bet the chatter goes away. Just rev the motor up and slowly let the clutch out and kind of ride the clutch like that a few times. As for the noise, all twin disks are going to sound loud and like the car is falling apart, its just how they work.
