Re: 95 Tsi Awd PPPPPProject

The car shifted awesome, and the creep issue was fixed after I noticed that the WG flapper arm coming off of the turbine housing had gotten bent somehow....... After straightening that out, I was only getting about 3lbs of creep with the boost controller set at 10 lbs,so I set it to 15lbs and it held just fine all the way to redline.
Then on friday

Then on friday I was having some issues with my stock Radiator leaking, come to find out the plastic separated from the aluminum.

So I fitted up a civic radiator I had laying around.( the fins are pretty rotten/non existent in most spots, but the tubes and endtanks are solid)

I had to temporarily JB weld the upper and lower neck from the Talon radiator onto the civic one for the time being, because the Honda rad uses smaller hoses.(I bought some adapters and removed the jbwelded ends on Monday)

I plan to get an aluminum Honda/half size radiator, then I'll just weld the correct size upper and lower necks onto it.

After swapping in the adapters on monday I went for a test spin and it blew the upper radiator hose, so I put it back on and went out for test run#2 and attempted to make a 3rd gear pull ,well the temp went from 180 to 215.

Let it cool down all the way, pulled the rad cap and fired it up......
Bubbles....... but once the car warmed up it stopped bubbling.

So, the heads comin off sooner than later, seems the oil leak that ran along the headgasket was not from the intake came seal since it has gotten alot worse aswell, the cars fine as long as you stay out of boost, but whats the fun in that.
