Ok guys i jsut called the MITSU USA. they said that they are a privately owned dealer ship. i said but they carry the mitsu name. blah blah.. filed my complaint.
heres the scoop: the lady said the coarse of action here on is they take into account how many complaints they get and then speak with the dealership. she advs that if i was the only caller with a complaint it will just sit there. so lets this moving and call then UP!!. and email the.
