FWIW, FinalGear.com has torrent files of full episodes of Top Gear. All episodes from from Season 1--Episode 1 to the latest show. The rips usually come out a day after the show airs in the UK, and are now available in standard def, 720, and 1080. Amazingly fast downloads too.

It's my favorite car show by far and I've been downloading it from FinalGear for about 4 years. Fifth Gear is okay but almost boringly factual, and often tries too hard to be like Top Gear but never quite hits the mark. Tiff Needell is a fantastic driver though.
