At 32psi on E85, I had to have mine set to around .019 to avoid miss-firing. .018 is the lowest I've heard of anyone running, and is the lowest I'd ever go because that is getting really small.

I decided to get an Arc-2 unit so that I could open my gap back up, but I'm still having the same issue even after the Arc-2 install. My wires are Taylor 10mm's, I've tried BRP6's and BPR7's, I've got a 'different' (wouldn't call them new) set of coils. I'm still having to run around the same gap to avoid miss-firing at 32psi. At 25psi, I'm usually OK around a .024 gap, but I find myself having to change out plugs every few weeks which sucks.

I may get rid of my taylor wires and try something else, just not sure which yet. I might just go back to OEM NGK wires.
