I just need to find a replacement one that is usable. I couldn't believe why would someone want to use the after market one when mitsu sells the right one for so cheap. Maybe essence of time? or just build to sell?

If you didn't already know, Mitsubishi uses an RTV called MitsuBond from the factory. The oil pan gaskets are an aftermarket creation. 4G63's came with RTV'ed oil pans from the factory.
