crank damage...

Ok so after looking under the car, getting everything cleaned up, i found something i missed earlier. Where the rod connects to the crank, there is a very slight indention probably where the rod cap hit the crank. I will post up pics later.
Should I:
1. Have the crank turned?
2. Replace it with another 2.0 crank?
3. if the damage isnt too substantial would it be alright to leave it as is?
And is there anyone local that has a engine hoist and engine stand that i can borrow this weekend.
