honestly, if you've never done it, don't ask.
All you have to do is unbolt the rods/pistons, pull off the rings, re-gap new ones, break glaze, bolt back together.
and thats the cheap and sloppy way to do it.
I don't like re-ringing motors, but thats just me, ask mike, he knows a hell of alot more on this subject.
