Re: The Spazmobile

Yeah, I know, I was on 4 hours of sleep. Normally I could tell you there's not one, but that post was made before the morning caffeine.

Plug on #4 fouled. Pulled it out and there was moisture on the threads and in between the terminals. Looked down the well, there was a drop or two of water sitting on the piston, but just looked like it had dripped off the plug. It smelled very slightly of coolant, but I'm sure the HG's fine, compression's still factory, I'm not mixing, and I'm not losing coolant. Threw it back in to go picked up new plugs, it missed initially but then stopped doing so below 10psi. Got the new plugs in, problem solved. Cylinder moisture was gone when I put the new plug in.

So it looks like I probably got some water down the plug well. I was initially thinking I sucked it up, but after looking at the plug there's a decent amount of water deposits above the threads as if there was water sitting there and evaporating. The only thing I can think of is if I hit a puddle and splashed water up there, but there wasn't any water on the valve cover so... I dunno.

I also found an exhaust leak in the flex section on the downpipe, but that's a different story.
