I have to agree with the part about newer members of the forum being looked down on. Granted if you spell like a retard (AKA ME) Ask question that can easily be found out on the internet you kind of deserve it.
Yet on the other hand when people are afraid of what will be said about them. . . it takes the joy out of posting sensible things, or asking a question. If people dont value these things no more. This awesome forum will become just like all the other ones.
For example comments such as your not cool, or your Noob this and that. Those are the kind of comments that go back and forward until they escalate. Then people start getting banned. In my opinion we should all work on cutting on the dissing and belittling. We all had to learn somehow.
