Where is the proper location to put the oil feed line?

I am getting mix answers, from the head or from the oil filter housing?
Right now I am running from the oil filter housing but if this is too much pressure, is there a way of reducing the pressure?

Also anythoughts on this turbo?
I am not too fimilar with it but it is on my car. I am hoping for good results.
