This is actually a great way of tying his hands to actually do anything to keep the peace on the world stage, which he probably won't do anyways. Sending the needed troops into Afghanistan would do more for long term world peace than falling on our sword and pulling the troops out, which is probably what will happen. Not to mention that he was in office exactly 11 days when the voting took place. This is an absolute sham and has about as much validity as being crowned Miss Universe.
