Are you talking full time 4wd or just the option? If you want a Cherokee with full time 4wd, they never made it. The full time is only found on the Grand Cherokees. If your looking for the optional t-case it is the NP242 model(select trac I think) and selectable between: 2wd, fulltime 4wd, part time 4wd, N, 4lo.
