And on the Military note, I was just looking at the post 9/11 GI Bill, and that thing is insanely awesome!
Fully paid tuition at any state school in the country, 1k towards books a year, plus E5 with dependents BAH! At the University of MN that comes out to about 1500 dollars a month for housing/whatever the fuck else. Not bad at all! And you can take advantage of it for 10 years!
