Well after a LOT of hard work and waiting we got it all put back together. Hughes stayed in town a day later to help me out. Bob worked to get my stuff done last Monday and on Thursday we fired it up. Everything in the engine bay is cleaned, I spent quite a while on it, all wires are tidied up and I'm VERY happy with the results. MAP's porting job as always was stellar, just took a LONG time

and the car runs great.
First time ever doing anything like this, but as soon as the fuel pressure built again everything worked perfectly. We broke in the cams, drained the oil and put in new oil/filter and it was on it's way.
I did a compression test today and it's 130 or so all away across the board, so it was obviously the head that was causing it. All I can say is I'm a VERY VERY VERY happy man and I love my Evo again and I'm proud of my friends and I's effort and hard work.
A BIG fucking thanks to Hughes for all of his hard work and dedication, the man had my car running with one tune and he also helped me with most of the labor and choosing of parts/services and thanks to Scheides for all of his help with the block and timing belt stuff! Also without Mark's tensioner tool my car would have probably blown up, so thanks for letting me borrow that too man!
