Haha, not raining so it's on! For those who haven't been here before, I live on the south side of 9th St, just east of Portland Ave. I'm the middle of 5 doors, and the bottom ringer that says Hanson on it. Press that and I'll buzz you in.

Park on 5th Ave, it's free on weekends. 9th St is metered every day until 10pm.
