Hey, take a compressed air tank/blow gun, and blow out the condensor..helps a ton with saturns and their A/C systems..see if that fixes it first. Otherwise, most likely a seal of some sort, most likely from the condenser or canister area. Is this a v6 model? ever get the PCV relocated? or the banjo bolts/cooler/ seals replaced for the oil cooler that sits UNDER the intake manifold? (on a v6)
