It finally happened. I finished my last class at ASU today ^_^ On may 13th i'll receive my mech engineering degree.

Feels pretty good to know i'll never have to take another college course EVER.

Just got back from my senior design presentation thingy. Here are some pics

all CF. we bought fabric and resin and made EVERYTHING. the floorpan is 4 cf sheets on each side, with a resin coated tricell cardboard in the middle. Insanely light and insanely resistant to bending. We made the CF tubes for the rollbar too. The entire 6 legged rollbar even with 6 alum mounting plates weighs about 7 lbs.

Project took an INSANE amount of time. Had to document everything and do calculations for everything conceivable. I truly hated the past 2 weeks of my life (major crunch time) but the end result is pretty awesome and the profs loved it.
