Balance shafts are still in the engine. And yes I'm refering to the factory alignment marks. I had no trouble what so ever getting the balance shaft/crank sproket staying aligned when putting timing belt B on. The exhaust cam needs to be slightly rotated back just a hair (like usual) and that lines up fine too.
I have tried different methods of installing the belt and that hasn't made a difference either.
