No not really. I had to bring my turbo to 2 different machinists. The first one broke 2 carbide bits just scratching the surface of those tempered bastards.

The second one finally got it out. 70+ year old guy in cokato, private shop. It's amazing what the old dudes can do with experience, and he was one of the nicest people I've had to deal with, he was uber interested in my car. Took up about half of his day, and he charged me $100. He mentioned he felt bad for charging me so much, but it took him so long. usually hes around $25-$50 for a bolt.
