I did pretty much every bolt on my front bumper, all but one came out well, the one that didn't was because the I didn't take off the wheel and ended up drilling in on an angle as a result.
Did it the other night to fix my UICP problem, too.
It's really easy, but time consuming. If you can drill a straight hole in wood, you can drill out a bolt.
