Yeah, that's the car. I fixed all the stuff wrong with it as well as some other small things not listed there. Whatever it's doing right now has nothing to do with running rich or flooding, that's a pretty simple fix. When I did the headgasket, I inspected the cylinder bores very closely, all looked very good. The head and block deck surfaces were straight and in great shape, it simply had an old stock gasket which eventually failed. There was no signs of detonation on the piston tops or even large carbon build-up from running rich. Except for a choppy idle, it ran great while I had it. This isn't something I've seen before.
