This is an awesome question and one that troubles me a lot.
I ran my scm61 off the filter housing with BS and blew the seals, off the head without BS and it was fine.
I might try to measure pressure at the turbo and make my own restrictor.
If this is for your holset, then I might go with the black (.80 restrictor I believe).
The guy that made his own, used a .78 jet. Holsets don't like anything over 70psi i believe.
