Re: What oil feed setup are you using, and how is it working out?
I went to the external setup also. In the end didn't cost me all that much. Just used some cheap push-lock fittings/hose from Jegs, and a Long cooler. Pretty easy.
As for the feedline, that setup sounds good to me. Just make sure you clean that filter out on occasion so it doesn't become clogged and starve the turbo.
