My setup shouldn't be all that different then yours. MY BS are removed. I run a journal bearing BW. Mine is fed from the filter housing. My oil inlet flange on my turbo was straight from Bullseye who I got my turbo from. The hole in it is tiny as to act like a restrictor. That's what they recommended, and they are the ones I ordered the turbo from, so I took their word for it.
So yes, mine has a "restrictor" (a tiny hole).
