2200 aint bad for me. Because for the first year when we move, my fiances mom and sister will be living with us. So me and jessica will be only paying $850 (her sister will pay $300 and her mom will pay half of the remainder).
Which compared to the 1 bedroom 1 bath 780 sq ft apartment we are in now currently paying $1800/month.
