The best way i found of getting rid of the ex's is ignorance and another girl or two.
If she see's you are single she'll keep coming after you, if she see's another girl with you then she'll go after her.. and you can just sit and watch the cat fight
In all honsetly its tough when there is psycho girls out there, i've luckaly haven't had to deal with that so much as some of my friends have, 90% of the time their rage is fueled by your trying to push them away, but if you ignore it they get pissed and give up... 3 weeks of ignorance or months of suffering.
