I bought a used FP3575 and it was fine, but I was stupid and didn't tighten the compressor cover bolts after polishing the cover. After a quick rebuild and new compressor wheel at FP, it's been good as new. I've had really good luck with their turbos, that's why I've never bothered with the cheap $650 Garretts.
