I would highly suggest getting your car looked at by one of the more senior members of the forums. (if you bring it to mitsu, you will probably be overcharged)

you might need a headgasket (good excuse to upgrade headstuds and cams)

you definately need to to a boost leak test, that would explain the 14PSI being displayed on your factory gauge

The factory gauge is more of a fuel indicator, as in, how much fuel is being put into your engine. if you have a leak after the turbo, the MAS will detect huge amounts of air(and compensate by adding more fuel), almost none of it actually going to your cylinders.
