Oops, I'll be more clear. I ran a sprung 6 puck and at the time new XACT flywheel, put 3Kmiles on it, ACT throwout bearing was making noise. I replaced it with a Mitsu one, and put in a street disk. It has been like 15K since then, and yes, the car gets launched hard when its at the track or on the street. So yes it's had enough hard launches. I'm just asking, my flywheel surface is blued all over and colorful from heat, just asking if I should even bother to have it turned.
