Who cares if she was drunk, no one said it was illegal to be drunk. SHE WAS THE PERSON THAT CALLED THE POLICE. She gave them the wrong ID, it wasnt fake. Why the hell would she need to give them a fake ID if she was over 21 and didnt do anything wrong.
Im sure 9guy9 if the roles were reversed you would be singing a much different tune.

Cops: Ok let me see some ID
you: Drops sister that passed aways ID,
Cops: Thats a fake ID!!! Your going to the station son.
You: WTF i didnt do anything wrong, hello i called you asshole.
Cops: Your resisting arrest your going to prison.
We see this more and more every day.
