I have a 1991 TB with the FIAV and ISC. No idea if those are in perfect working order. They are seperated as well, not assembled, so you'd have to assemble it. The TB works fine though, I just took it off my car this year, and I had the FIAV/ISC blocked off.

$20 and it's yours.
