I've gotten 3 no front plate tickets in St Paul since I moved to the cities in 2005, all parked
legally on the street. Driving had nothing to do with it, and I'm glad they have to roll down the windows to check tint level.
I need to disable my power window switch with a secret switch so I can't roll up the windows for them to check tint, haha.
