I have 35% and I've been pulled over three times in 2 1/2 years. Last time was just a week ago.
There have been others times when I've been parked next to an officer, next to one at a stoplight, and they didn't even look at me twice.
I just pay the fine and think of it as a yearly dark window tax. Meh...
