Do you have AIM? I can tell you step by step.
1. Remove the plastic steering column.
2. There will be two tiny phillips screws. One on top and one on buttom of the wiper arm.
3. Once you remove those two screws slide the arm away from the steering colum and simply unplug the two plugs.
