The one I ran was at Midway Stadium, they said it's the smallest lot they run. It took 27-108 seconds to run it. The 108 was done by a grandma in a Preuis on her first run. She got down to a 38 by the end of it! The 27 by an instructor in a prepped Mini, I didn't see the clock, only heard the Mini ran a 27, don't know if it's true, but I'd believe it's possible. Due to the small track, you got up to ~45 MPH tops for the quick cars. I'd guesstamate about a ¼ mile long. Odd to think you could drive that far in a parking lot.
