Weak sauce. My car is still 'under warranty' too, 2005 w/ SSL, 52k miles. It just has not been to the dealership for work! I have not had a reason to, even though it is making awesome power. I say mod it, otherwise we will have to start making limp-wristed jokes about you like I do with Hughes (Kracka)!
