Ok, have the thing hooked up as the instructions say, no LED's come on. Pulled the tack wire off the ECU conection, and double checked it before i cut and spliced the connection. Of course now i am getting a no start, but i do register a CAS signal when i turn it over.

Have the power source hooked up, but i can't figure out what's wrong.
