Tyler, my thoughts exactly. What you've said is exactly what a good friend of mine has told me many times about graphic design and logos. He has been in graphic design and animation for over 15 years and is damn good at it.
If you all don't mind I would like to ask him and see if he has any spare time to whip up something.
