ARC Cool Fin

Recently I was reading an issue of TURBO! and they had an arcticle on these ARC Cool Fin's. What do you guys think of them? Ever hear of them? They made claims of a 25 degree difference on whatever they were attached to. Pretty damn neat.

I may try them if I could find them for a little less than $23 a sheet. They're not that big of sheets, but I don't know if they're really that efficient. I mean, how does it really cool things down with a thick layer of 3M adhesive?

Anyone hear of these or have any experience?

The Cool Fin technology enables almost any metal surface to have the cool fin heatsink material attached. Together with good airflow this enables a temperature drop of up to 20 degrees celsius to whatever it is attached to.
The ARC website suggests uses for intercooler piping, transmissions and differentials. Whilst not as effective as a integrated metal heatsink, the ARC Cool Fin would be a fast and low price option for improved cooling.
