Please forgive me if you are building a V8, V6, H4, H6, or have multiple 4g63's you are building up.
believe it or not, you have a "head" on your car, your DSM does not have "heads"....a corvette has heads.
in answer to your question "what should I do" - building a head is EXPENSIVE, budget accordingoly.
If you have to do it in stages, do it in this order:
1. Valve Job
2. Mild Porting
3. Springs
4. Cams (easiest to replace)
It is hard to replace the springs when the head on the car, you need to remove the timing belt/cams, may as well save that for cams.
or just freaken save up and do it right the first time? can I get a amen anyone?
