That wasn't necessary (though I might be joining that crew if I don't buy some screws for my cover). The MAFT comes either listed for a 1G or 2G and with the appropriate MAF plug. If you use a 2G in a 1G or vice versa you may have to do some wiring, but if you use the appropriate MAFT it is just one plug.


I should mention that if you want to use the rpm based tuning you have to splice one wire into the Cam Angle Sensor.
