Have you considered just running a 2G MAS? They work decently, and the fake maf function in dsm link works decently. Plus when V3 comes out you'll be able to run speed density. I personally won't run a GM MAF setup. I want to get more crap out of my engine bay to clean it up and simplify it, not add more boxes in there.
