God damn motherfucking credit card companies can't pull their head out of their ass long enough to see if it is day or night. They can't even follow a fucking request to fax a balance statement with a date on it. A date!! Is that such a crazy thing to ask for?!? Now we are in fucking limbo on the housing waiting because the fucking credit card company (US Bank) is a bunch of retards. Ahhh, I feel better
