As a sidenote, my buddy in the NAVY bought a 1990 Eclipse base in February of 1989 and when we road around in that thing, people thought we were rich boys. Nobody knew what it was since there were none on the road at that time and people thought it was a Porsche. Kinda funny now that you can pick one up for $50.  |

I was overseas in the Military from 84-87 and some GI got a brand new Starion or Conquest, can't remember which. It was bright red and always parked outside the post office on base. There was always a crowd around that car.
