Do what JET said and have someone pump the clutch while you're under the car looking at the slave cyl. Make sure the rod is moving a good inch back and forth as they push.

I'll look I think its the slave, but when I pump it it does nothing still wont engage. pretty sure the master is making pressure. the master could almost empty the reservoir in three bleed pumps while I bled it.
