2) We were getting 3 different readings from the wideband, My AEM Uego was reading one thing, The DSMLink was showing another (using the same wideband) and the dyno wide band was showing something different as well. so we picked the dsmlink one and tuned using that.
3) The head being non ported was choking out the turbo and not flowing enough. (Will be dropping my old RRE head to him for more porting, new valves etc.)
4) We are using the crappiest gas on earth, California 91 Emmissions control gas.

So on to the numbers.
We started off the night turning the boost way down to 15 psi and put down 245.44 AWHP and 214 Tq
After turning up the boost to 24 PSI and leaning the pig out and working with timing etc....
the final numbers of the night were... (drum roll please)

333.68 AWHP and 293.33 Tq. (way too many threes in there.)

p.s we didnt have time to do the Race Gas tune. Im gonna get the above mencioned taken care of then we will tune for that.
1)Common, usually re-booting the computer fixes that (labtop).

2)They don't trust their own dyno wideband? Where was it plumbed? That is scary news.

The dsmlink reading would probably be the most off as that is calibrated off your aftermarket wideband and then fed into the dsmlink.

You should beable to lean out 950's enough on dsmlink, but if the wideband was off, etc..if you are curious tom, send me your tune file/log sales@lseperformance.com and I will look at it tonight at the shop.

3)Thats bullshit. I highly doubt the head is holding you back at this point (as Jet stated). I mean it would help, but lets address the rest of the vehicle first, send me that log so I can take a peak at it, get you some constructive input.

4)91 sucks, but it isn't impossible to tune on.

Oh and adding boost would add airflow signal which would ADD fuel if your mas still had reading.

Fundamental property of a mas based system, again scary information...
