You guys missed out on some fun!!!! We had a blast. Collin was my co-driver and we took 1st in our class. It was our first time running one of these. We also came in 8th overall out of 31 cars!! We beat out all of the "B" and "C" class drivers. People told us we were going to be bumped up in class next year to possibly "B" class.
The way the classes work is by experience. Our class was "D" which was for people that had never run one before. The classes increase with experience up to "A". You are allowed to have more than the driver and co-driver in the car, but only 2 of you are allowed to be out of the car at one time. If you have more than the driver and co-driver in the car you get bumped up one class.
Mary and Mark Utecht took first overall with Dave and Stacy Sterling in the car helping out. Dan Moore and Jason Metzker came in "Dead Last". I hope we can get some more of you guys out there next year. It is awesome to run this gimmick rally.
