I did notice that at the OC in Roseville the appetizers were all 2.99 and only the popcorn chicken and something else was 3.99, beers were the same price during happy hour as well. It apparently is different from place to place.

You have to look at the signs on the table, their happy hour specials are not in the menu and aren't advertised anywhere else.
