That's terrible. The fatter you are the smaller they are on you proportionally. It must have been passed by a BBW fan or something.
All of this is rediculous. So somebody doesn't wasnt to see "underwear?" Should it be illegal to wear underwear over your pants? How about shorts the size of boxers? Bad fassion it may be, but it's not indecent exposure. As far as I'm concerned it's an obvious infringement on people's constitional right to self expression.
